How we do,
what we do.
But first, a quick note…
You’ll find poor grammar on this page: sentence fragments and other things, blended with full, well-written lines. This is on purpose.
See, our process combines chaotic creativity – with precise science.
So, to honor this, what’s written below combines the same.
We’ve lifted the veil, and revealed all. Keep it a secret, will ya?
1. Mindset.
The first step.
Website, Direct Mail Piece, Newspaper Ad, etc. = Building a bridge between you and your market. Decipher what words, images, feelings, thoughts your market needs to experience.
The chess game has begun. Stay focused, but don’t forget to have fun. Creativity likes its fun.
Show time.

2. Research. You. Your Market.
The second step.
The true meat of any successful campaign. It begins with questions. Lots of questions. Record everything. No detail is too small.
Listen to your stories. The stories of your customers. Testimonials. More questions. Dig deep.
Random bits of information too that don’t make sense at the time. But later, when it’s time, it all comes together.
Every detail has the potential to drive a successful campaign.
3. Listen to the research.
The third step.
Research speaks. And when you lend it your ear, it will tell you exactly what words, colors, images, feelings, and thoughts to convey.
See what underlying patterns are coming out. Personality of clients. Personality of your business. True strengths of your business. True problems of your clients that you can solve.
How does your business solves those problems in a unique, professional, efficient way? How are you different? Why should a client choose you?
4. Apply.
The fourth step.
Time to enter the “secret lab” and put it all together.
Combine research with our own expertise. Concoct multiple drafts, approaches, sketches, etc. A constant process of elimination. Narrow down to the best option. Make the finished product.
Another work emerges – a blend of art & science.
5. Launch it to the world.
The final step.
Send the piece out there. Gather results. Tweak & improve for the next campaign. Even home-runs can be made home-runnier.
Then, move on to the next project, and the cycle continues.
Lather, rinse, repeat.
